Who do I work with? I work with individuals ages 18-100. More specifically, I work with a lot of new parents, women with a later in life diagnosis of ADHD, folks with complicated histories, and anyone in the in-between (messy middle) of a season of life that feels hard and sticky.
What are my specialities and areas of focus? Anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, life transitions, ADHD, relationship challenges, women's issues, care-giver support, and self-esteem.
What is my approach to therapy? Person centered, collaborative, compassionate, strengths-based, humorous at times, non-judgemental, relational. The work we do is rooted in modalities from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, with a strong emphasis on body-based therapies and mindfulness including Brainspotting and the Safe and Sound Protocol.
How do we meet? I am available for in person sessions in Zionsville, Indiana. If that doesn't work for you, I also offer telehealth sessions using a HIPAA compliant platform. I am currently available Monday through Friday from 9:00-2:00pm EST. Walk and talk sessions also available from my Zionsville office.
